Processing Time

• Orders placed by 2pm on a weekday are dispatched the same day. 
• Orders placed after 2pm on a weekday are dispatched the following working day. 
• Orders placed after 2pm on Friday are dispatched the following Monday.

UK Orders

All UK orders are sent via a tracked Royal Mail service. We offer free deliver in 2-3 working days after dispatch, or you can upgrade to next working day delivery for £5.99.

European Orders

European orders are sent via a tracked service. The shipping cost and time to delivery is calculated based on your delivery country and displayed at checkout.

Customs & Import taxes

Since we are based in the UK, EU orders may be liable to additional import taxes. These taxes are levied by your country of residence and as such are outside of our control. Any amount that you have to pay will be calculated and included at checkout, so that you do not have to pay anything else upon delivery.

Returns & Money-Back Satisfaction Guarantee

In line with our 90 Day Satisfaction Guarantee we will accept all returns, for any reason and in any condition, for up to 90 days from the date of purchase.

Returns by mail are permitted for UK and EU orders. Apart from in the case of a defect, customers are responsible choosing a postal method and for the cost of returning items to us. Unfortunately, we cannot accept in person returns.

Customers returning items from outside of the UK should ensure goods are marked as 'Returned Goods' on customs forms to prevent unwarranted charges being applied.

Once we have received your return your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 working days for this refund to appear back in your bank balance.
